CAMERA OBSCURA: Come and see this amazing live moving panorama of the city. Spy on passers-by in the street below and pick them up in your hand! The Camera Obscura has now been delighting visitors for over 175 years!

EDINBURGH VISION: See Edinburgh in 3D from the 1850s to the present day and make sure you try our live city viewcams which you can control. Scan right around the city and zoom in and out on anything (or anyone!) that takes your fancy! Step inside our giant pinhole camera and you’ll laugh as your friends appear upside-down! Morning Guided tour of Edinburgh for 3 hrs with a local guide.
You will be at the hotel by your personal guide at 10.00 am. We will take a leisurely drive around Edinburgh’s Old Townand Royal Mile with your guide telling stories and describing city life over the last Millennia. We will point out historic buildings and explain important history associated with the city and its citizens over the years. proceed with the coach and visit for footstep at Holyrood Palace and Scottish Parliament building. We then head to the Forth road and rail bridges. The rail bridge (The Forth Bridge), built in 1881, was considered at the time, the greatest feat of engineering in the industrial world.

Since the launch of the first passenger ferry in 1845, cruising has been an essential part of every Windermere itinerary. Some of the vessels are modern, but there are a couple of period beauties dating back to the 1930s. The steamers have saloons, promenade decks, teashops and licensed bars. A fleet of passenger launches supplement the service. Boats operate an extensive route network linking the main settlements. A popular outing is the 45-minute Islands Cruise from Bow-ness, which passes wooded islands and secluded bays. A 40-minute trip from Ambleside offers free entry to the Lake District Visitor centre at Brockhole with its exhibitions, playgrounds, gardens and restaurant.

Chessington World of Adventures is one of the most popular theme parks in the UK. Chessington World of Adventures Theme Park Breaks are firmly focused on family entertainment.
